bobo.yang d272bddf2b feat: Update stop tokens in devchatComplete function
- Remove "```" and "//" from stop tokens list
- Retain "<|endoftext|>", "<|EOT|>", "<file_sep>", "\n\n"
- Adjust code completion behavior for improved results
