== Why is this an issue?

Because of the way it's architected, Internet Explorer 9 and below has hard limits on the size and complexity of the stylesheets it can support. Stylesheet nesting may only go 4 levels deep. Anything beyond those limits won't be suppported.

Inline adoc when include has no additional value (#1940) Inline adoc files when they are included exactly once.
