It is undefined behaviour if the ``++'++``, ``++"++``, ``++/*++`` or ``++//++`` characters are used between ``++<++`` and ``++>++`` delimiters or the ``++'++``, ``++/*++`` or ``++//++`` characters are used between the ``++"++`` delimiters in a header name preprocessing token.
