\[~alexandre.gigleux] the title doesn't match what the code blocks tell me to do. This _seems_\(?) to be about removing the dead ``++catch++`` block for the parent exception type, but the title indicates the problem is with the child ``++catch++`` instead.
Confirmed by [~valeri.hristov] that this one doesn't make sense for C# nor VB.NET as the compiler is handling it and raised error to prevent such case.
