== Why is this an issue?

Float data types, such as ``++FLOAT++``, ``++DOUBLE PRECISION++``, and ``++REAL++`` cannot have a scale constraint. Trying to specify a scale results in the exception ``++PLS-00510: Float cannot have scale being raised.++``
