A dedicated reviewer checked the rule description successfully for:
- [ ] logical errors and incorrect information
- [ ] information gaps and missing content
- [ ] text style and tone
- [ ] PR summary and labels follow [the
guidelines](https://github.com/SonarSource/rspec/#to-modify-an-existing-rule)
When an include is not surrounded by empty lines, its content is inlined
on the same line as the adjacent content. That can lead to broken tags
and other display issues.
This PR fixes all such includes and introduces a validation step that
forbids introducing the same problem again.
Made some updates to rule text for Java, Javascript, and the general
description for the other languages.
