``++notify++`` and ``++notifyAll++`` both wake up sleeping threads, but ``++notify++`` only rouses one, while ``++notifyAll++`` rouses all of them. Since ``++notify++`` might not wake up the right thread, ``++notifyAll++`` should be used instead.
