When an include is not surrounded by empty lines, its content is inlined on the same line as the adjacent content. That can lead to broken tags and other display issues. This PR fixes all such includes and introduces a validation step that forbids introducing the same problem again.

=== How does this work?

include::../../common/fix/introduction.adoc[]
include::../../common/fix/pre-approved-list.adoc[]
:sanitizationLib: org.apache.commons.exec.CommandLine.addArguments(String[] addArguments)
include::../../common/fix/sanitize-meta-characters.adoc[]
Here `{sanitizationLib}` takes care of escaping the passed arguments and
internally creates a single string given to the operating system to be
executed.
